RHB Bank has made it easier and more convenient for you to do your
banking effortlessly online in the privacy of your home, office
or wherever you are on the road.
Here's what Internet Banking can do for you:
Account opening and transaction history
Apply for a Current account online.
Check balances or view full details including transaction history
of:
- Savings account
- Current account
- Fixed Deposits
- Credit Cards
- Loans

Transfer funds
You can easily transfer funds between:
- Your own Savings and Current accounts
- Any 3rd party Savings or Current accounts
- The Transfer option allows you to transfer funds between your
accounts immediately, or at a future date set by you. You can
also schedule transfers on a recurring basis, for example to pay
your insurance premiums.
- In addition, the pending transfer shows you all future-dated
transfers scheduled by you. This option allows you to modify,
delete and view all pending transfers. If a pending transfer does
not take place, a status alert will be sent to you.

Apply for BankDraft, Telegraphic Transfer &
Interbank GIRO instruction
Our unique Secured Messaging service lets you apply for
Bank Drafts and Telegraphic Transfers.

Bill Payments
Step ahead of the queues and pay your RHB Bank VISA and MasterCard
credit cards and utility bills online.
The online bill payment facility allows you to view payments that
are pending, schedule payments at selected future dates, delete
pending payments and even view history of successful payments. If
a scheduled bill payment does not take place, a status alert will
be sent to you.

Who can use rhbbank.com.my?
To use rhbbank.com.my, you need to have an ATM/Debit card linked to at least one of the following deposit accounts:
- Saving Account
- Current Account
If you are a credit card holder, you may also use rhbbank.com.my to check your credit card account balances and transaction history.
Applicable to both principal and supplementary card holder

What do I need before I can register for Internet Banking?
- For ATM/Debit card user, you need to have an ATM/Debit card that is linked to your savings / current account. Use this to register for a signOn ID and Password at www.rhbbank.com.my
- For principal & supplementary credit card user, please use your credit card to register for Internet Banking. Use this to register for a signOn ID and Password at www.rhbbank.com.my
- One of the following recommended browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0x or later with 128-bit
SSL Encryption
- Netscape Communicator 4.7x with 128-bit SSL Encryption
- PC(Personal Computer) with at least a Pentium processor (32
MB RAM or higher)
- SVGA or higher resolution monitor, 256 colors, at a screen resolution
of 800x600
- Modem of 28.8 kbps or higher
- Microsoft Windows 9x operating system (95 or 98) and above

How do I register for Internet Banking?
Instructions for First Time Users
ATM Card / Debit Card Registration
- Proceed to a personal computer and visit rhbbank.com.my.
- Click on the "First Time User" button.
- At the "ATM Card / Debit Card " field, please key in your 16-digit ATM Card / Debit Card number and ATM PIN.
- Enter your preferred SignOn ID and Password.
- Read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully and click "I Agree".
Credit Card Registration (Principal Card Holder Only)
- Proceed to a personal computer and visit rhbbank.com.my.
- Click on the "First Time User" button.
- At the "Credit Card" field, please key in your Credit Card number, CVV2/CVC2 number, Credit Card expiry date and your identification number.
- Enter your preferred SignOn ID and Password.
- Read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully and click "I Agree".
If your registration attempt fails, please call our Customer Service Agents at 03-92068228 or email us.

What if I forget my Password?
If you cannot recall your SignOn Password, our system will still
allow you to try to SignOn up to 3 times. Further attempts to SignOn
will fail as a security measure. Here's what you have to do then:
- Call us immediately at 03-9206 8228 to report that your SignOn
Password has been disabled.
- We will then enable your access for you to re-try to SignOn
another 3 times.
- If this still fails and you cannot SignOn, your situation will
be treated as a lost or forgotten SignOn Password.
- Give us a call at 03-9206 8228.

What do I need to do before I can perform transactions on Internet Banking?
- Register for Internet Banking
- Obtain your Dotcom card from any RHB Bank branches
(For Savings and Current Account holders only)
- Register your mobile phone number with Customer Care or any RHB Bank branches

What are the available transactions via Internet Banking?
- Add new favourite account or billers
- Transfer funds via 3rd party account IBG
- Paybills to billers other than the ones already set up in your favourite list
- Reload your mobile phone numbers
- Apply for bank draft and foreign telegraphic transfer
- Apply for eIPO
- Update your profile

What if I forget my SignOn ID?
- If you cannot recall your SignOn ID, call us at 03-9206 8228.
- We will provide you with your SignOn ID, and you will be allowed
3 further attempts to SignOn.
- If this still fails you won't be able to access your accounts.
- Give us a call at 03-9206 8228.

I am having trouble registering online. What should
I do?
First, you should check that you have met all of the minimum requirements
needed to use our Internet Banking service. If you are not sure,
check the Technical Help &
Security section. If you are still unable to enroll, you can
call us at 03-9206 8228 between 7am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
