What
can I do with the Messages function of rhbbank.com.my?
After you SignOn
to rhbbank.com.my, the first screen displayed will inform you that
you have messages pending (if any). These are secure messages which
are encrypted and cannot be viewed unless you have used the correct
SignOn ID and Password. These secure messages are meant for information
you want to keep confidential like transaction details and account
balances.
You can send
us requests such add/remove accounts, change daily transaction limit,
change Credit Card limit and change Overdraft limit.

What
should I do if I have a request that does not fall into any of the
specified message categories?

If you wish
to submit a request or message that does not fall into any of
the specified categories, choose General Request
category to send us your special request.

However,
it is advisable not to use this for reporting any loss or other
urgent matters. Please contact us directly instead by calling
03-9206 8228.

How
soon will I receive a reply?
We will revert
to you by the next business day where possible, unless there are
further issues we need to attend to relating to your secure message
requests. Note that for certain requests like credit limit or overdraft
limit modifications, we will revert to you only after two business
days. Our business days are that which are practiced in Federal
Territory and Selangor.

How
do I send a message to add/remove my accounts?
To send a secure message to add/remove
your accounts, here is what you should do:
- Click on "Messages" and
select "To RHB Bank"
- From the dropdown templates, choose
"Add/Remove Accounts"
- You will then be able to view all
accounts which are currently linked to rhbbank.com.my
- If you want to remove any accounts
from those that have been displayed, just check the respective
box next to the account number concerned
- If you would like to add an account,
enter the number in the boxes provided
- Then click on the "Submit"
button
It will take two business days before
your accounts are displayed/removed from your "My Accounts"
screen. Our business days are that which are practiced in Federal
Territory and Selangor.
You can view a maximum of 32 accounts
at your "My Accounts" screen. If you have reached your maximum limit,
you will have to remove one of them before you can add another account.
