MY ACCOUNTS

 

 

Which of my personal accounts can I view & access?

If you enrolled after 21 July 2002, the following applies:

  • You will be able to view all accounts that are linked to the ATM card that you used to enroll for our Internet Banking service. If you have any other accounts that are not linked to this particular ATM card, then please refer to our instructions on how to add accounts.

  • You can view a maximum of 32 accounts using the SignOn ID and SignOn Password. If you have reached your maximum limit, you will have to remove an existing account, before you can add another account.

  • For joint accounts, where signing instructions are 'to sign jointly', you can only view the accounts but won't be able to conduct any transactions. In cases where the signing instructions are 'either one to sign', you can view as well as conduct transactions (except for Fixed Deposit placements).

If you enrolled before 21 July 2002, you will be able to view all accounts, irrespective of whether the accounts are linked to your ATM card. However, for any new accounts that are opened after 21 July 2002, you will have to send us a secure message to add these accounts to your Internet Banking service. Can I view my business accounts?

At present you can only view your personal accounts as well as your sole-proprietor accounts.

What account details can I view?

You will be able to view your current and available balance, interest rate/hibah and all other related information, depending on the type of account you hold. You will also be able to view 60 days of transaction history for your current accounts, a minimum of 60 days for your savings accounts, 8 months for your credit card accounts and 3 years for your loan accounts.

Why is it I cannot see my account?

This is possibly because the account is not linked to the ATM card or RHB VISA Credit Card that was used to enroll. Please view our detailed instructions on how to add accounts.

What do I need to do to view my newly opened account?

If you have opened a new account at any RHB Bank branch or through rhbbank.com.my, this account will not be displayed under "My Accounts". You will need to send us a secure message to add this account. View our detailed instructions on how to add accounts.

How do I remove a particular account from rhbbank.com.my?

If you do not wish to see a particular account being displayed, you will have to send us a Secure Message. At any later stage, if you change your mind, you can also send us another Secure Message to include this account. View our detailed instructions on how to remove accounts.
