How much will it cost me?

There is no extra charge for the prepaid services. You only have to pay for the amount of airtime that you wish to reload just as you would with any ordinary reload.

How do I store my favourite handphone number?

Click on the "Add H/P No." link on the left navigation link, then:

• Enter the handphone number & name
• Click on the "Submit" button
• Preview the information displayed. If everything is correct, click "Confirm"
• You will then be taken to the favourite handphone number that you have saved

Now when you make a prepaid services, you will find your saved favourite handphone numbers available in the dropdown box for "Favourite handphone number".

What is the daily transaction limit?

Your daily limit transaction has been defaulted to RM500. However you can change this limit by selecting the "Change Limit" link under "My Profile". If you select a new limit that is the same or lower that the amount you have already transacted for the day, you will not be able to make any more transactions for that day. What will I receive after I have performed an online purchase?

The following applies after you have confirmed your purchase, depending on the product purchased. You will receive immediately, via SMS your PIN if you have selected the following PIN based products:

• IDD/STD (serial no, expiry date and card number as well);except for DIGI Chatz
• Maxis
• Jaring Internet Access
• TMnet Prepaid
• iGuanaMobile.com

For the following prepaid products without PINs, the airtime will be automatically reloaded into the handphone specified:

• DiGi Beyond™ Prepaid
• DIGI Chatz
• Celcom Airtime
• Celcom Network Access

I requested for a wrong product. Can I cancel the transaction?

If you requested for the wrong product, and confirmed the purchase when prompted, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The amount will be debited from your deposit account.
