What are the functions of My Profile?

You can change your email address, individual account mailing address, and your contact numbers i.e. home phone number, office phone number, fax number, and your mobile phone number. You can send us your request for the modification through the “My Profile” link located on the left navigation side bar.

How do I change my daily transaction limit?

Your current daily transaction limit is the amount that you see displayed for each of the Internet Banking service. If you wish to change the daily transaction limit for any of the Internet Banking services, simply select your new limit from the dropdown box provided, and click on the "Submit" button. Your new limit will be updated immediately.

Will the modifications I make to My Profile be updated immediately?

Your email address will be updated immediately. However, your new account mailing address and new contact numbers will be displayed 2 business days later. Our business days are that which are practiced in Federal Territory and Selangor.
