One of the benefits of this card is earning the PlusOne Ringgit [P1(RM)]. What is the P1(RM)?
P1(RM) is the reward points earned by cardmembers on the PlusOne eCash Prepaid Card. It is calculated as a percentage of retail charges. P1(RM) is in Ringgit value i.e. P1(RM)1 = RM1.

You may go to any Senheng or senQ outlet to make redemptions.
What should I do if my card is misplaced / lost / stolen?
