Internet (for existing Current/ Savings account only)
Registering your eCash (first time only)
Go to rhbbank.com.my
Click on “Sign On” under Personal Banking (If you have never signed in before, please click on “First Time user” and follow instructions from there).
Sign in.
Click on “Messages” on the left column. Select “To RHB Bank”.
Select “Add/Remove Accounts” and click “Next”.
Key in your eCash card number under the ADD column.
Submit.
Transferring funds from Current/Savings account into the eCash card:
Go to rhbbank.com.my
Click on “Sign On” under Personal Banking.
Sign in.
Go to “My Accounts” on the left column.
Select your eCash card account.
Click on “Pay Any Amount”.
Proceed to debit from your current/savings account.
Submit and follow the rest of the instructions.
Fund Transfer from other banking sites
Register the eCash card as you would a credit card.
Proceed to transfer the amount from your account to this card.
Cheque Payment
Cheques to be crossed and made payable to “RHB Bank Card Centre (account number)”. Please indicate all the account number(s) and the amount to be paid for each account(s) on the reverse side of the cheque.

Cheque Deposit Machine:
Fill up Cheque Deposit Envelope.
Enclose cheque and drop it into the Cheque Deposit Machine.
Viewing Your eCash Balance
ATM (eCash PIN will be required)
Insert ecash card into ATM.
Key in PIN number.
Select “Balance Inquiry”.
Internet (available from end of 2007)
FIRST TIME ONLY :
ON YOUR NEXT VISIT :
Go to rhbbank.com.my
Click on “First Time User”.
Select “Credit Card Registration”.
Key in, in the appropriate columns:
Credit Card no. - your eCash card number
Last 3 digits printed on the reverse side of your eCash card
Card expiry
IC number
Sign on ID
Enter a password
Confirm the details.
Sign in.
Card balance, points and transactions will be shown on the screen.
