RHB’s Dotcom Card is an online security feature that provides a second layer of authentication as a security check before you perform specific transactions. |

Where to collect Dotcom Card? |
|
Dotcom card can be collected at your nearby RHB Bank Branch nationwide.

What are the documents required to bring when I want to collect the Dotcom card?
|
|
Please bring along your:
- Original National Identity Card (IC) as the primary identification; and
- ATM Card or other secondary identification i.e. Credit card, passport, Saving Account Passbook or current account signature.

Is the Dotcom Card free? |
|
RHB’s Dotcom card is free of charge.
|
|
|
What happen if I lost my Dotcom card? |
|
- Cancel your Dotcom Card online using the Dotcom Card Maintenance Screen, or
- Contact our customer care center 603 9206 8228 for PM, or
- 082-276 118 for EM. Walk-in to any RHB Bank Branch nationwide.

|
When is Dotcom required? |
|
Dotcom Card is required for the following NEW financial transactions:-
- Funds Transfer- Interbank GIRO
- Bill Pay
- Prepaid Services
- Share Trading
- Telegraphic Transfer
- Change My Profile

How to activate the Dotcom card? |
|
- Sign-on to www.rhbbank.com.my
- Go to Dotcom Card Maintenance screen
- Key-in Dotcom Card serial number

If I am overseas, how can I get my Dotcom card? |
|
For overseas customer kindly contact our Customer Care Center (CCC) at 603 9206 8228 for Peninsular Malaysia or 082-276 118 for East Malaysia.

What happen if I key-in authentication PIN wrongly for 3 times during transactions? |
|
Your card will be blocked by the system. Kindly contact our Customer Care Center (CCC) at 603 9206 8228 for Peninsular Malaysia or 082-276 118 for East Malaysia to unblock your card.

If I lost my Dotcom card, do I need to pay for a replacement? |
|
Dotcom Card replacement is free of charge. |

Can I still perform transaction if I do not have the Dotcom card? |

You can view your account summary and perform transaction that been registered in your favorite list.

What happen to all my previous registered bills, 3rd accounts/other bank accounts & prepaid mobile numbers? Do I still need to register again? |

All of your registered billers will remain as it is.

Is the Dotcom card secured? |
|
Yes. Each transaction will be given a different dynamic question for security purposes. The method has been approved by Bank Negara and it is secured. |

Can my Dotcom card to be share with other RHB Bank Internet Banking users? |
|
Your Dotcom card is only assigned to you and tagged to your bank account. Dotcom card cannot be shared with other RHB internet banking users.
