Image Code is a part of a Two Factor Authentication security check that has been adopted to ensure that your Internet Banking transaction is fully secure. It is used together with the DotCom PIN for your Internet Banking transaction.
How do I use the Image Code?
The Image Code is used together with the DotCom PIN whenever you request to perform the following transactions:
Add new favourite account or biller
Transfer fund via 3rd party and Inter Bank Giro (IBG) (Open)
Reload prepaid services (Open)
Apply for Bank Draft and Foreign Telegraphic Transfer
Apply for eIPO
Update profile
How do I request for Image Code?
You can request for the Image Code by clicking on the "Request" button on the transactional pages.
Can I use the same Image Code for multiple transactions?
Yes, you may use the same Image Code for multiple transactions within the same login session. The same Image Code is valid for all transactions until you sign out.
What if I accidentally deleted / lost my Image Code?
You may request for a new Image Code if you accidentally deleted/lost your Image Code.
Can the Image Code be used after I've signed out from rhbbank.com.my?
No. Once you have signed off, the Image Code that you have used is no longer valid.
My Image Code has been blocked. Why?
The Image Code will be blocked after 3 unsuccessful attempts. You may request for a new Image Code in order to continue with your online transaction
I can't request for an Image Code. Why?
In order for the Image Code to be sent via sms to your mobile phone, you need to register your mobile phone number. This can be done by calling our Customer Careline at 03-9206 8228 or 082-276118 (Sabah & Sarawak)
Do I need to use the Image Code for transactions involving my favourite accounts/mobile numbers/bills?
No, once you have included the relevant details in your favourite list, you will not be prompted to key in the Image Code/Dotcom PIN.
