- Updating your profile
How to get your Dotcom Card
Just drop by your nearest RHB Bank branch and speak with our friendly officers. Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Identity Card or Passport
- ATM Card or Passbook

Tips on Dotcom Card
- Do activate your card immediately once collected from our RHB Bank Branch.
- Do deactivate your Dotcom card if you will not be performing any Internet Banking transaction for a certain period of time.
- Do cancel if you have lost your Dotcom card.
- Do keep your Dotcom card pin number private and confidential.
- Do not reveal or share your Dotcom card with any other RHB Bank user or any of our staff.
- Do not ask a 3rd party to perform transaction on the Internet with your Dotcom card.
