It is our pleasure to inform you that we will be reducing the monthly loan installments amount for eligible customers in line with the BLR reduction.
This initiative will take effect on 15th April 2009 and eligible customers will receive their Letter of Notification between 15th and 20th April. If you require further information, please call our Customer Care at 1-800-88-HOME (4663).
If you do not wish to reduce your installment, please download the attached form and fax it to 03-9206 8088, or submit it to your nearest RHB Bank branch.
You can now pay your Home loan online via MEPS IBG!
Please note that all loan payment via MEPS IBG should be made for the exact monthly installment amount. Excess monthly payment will be treated as advance payment for the next monthly installment not for the partial settlement of the loan.
Please be advised to make your loan payment over the counter at branches if your intention is to perform partial payment or prepayment for the loan. |
