Online Security Sticky

At RHB Bank, security for our customers has always been our priority. As your banking partner, we ensure that banking online remains safe and secure for you at all times.

One of the most common cyber threats to the banking industry today is phishing. It is an attempt to fraudulently acquire your account details which will be used to gain access to your account. Fraudsters will send you an email containing a link to a fake website in the hope to collect sensitive information such as your password, IC and ATM card number.

Please note that the Bank will never ask you to reveal sensitive information pertaining to your account. If you have responded to these emails or SMS-es, please contact the bank at 03-9206 8228 immediately.
