The following Terms and Conditions apply to RHB Bank Berhad’s (6171-M) ("RHB Bank") “Fuel Frenzy - Drive extra miles with RHB Bank” Campaign” ("the Campaign") which shall be held from 21 July 2008 until 7 September 2008, both dates inclusive (“the Campaign Period”).
This Campaign is open to all RHB Bank customers and/or RHB Internet Banking users at the address www.rhbbank.com.my, except sole proprietor customers and staff of Technology Banking Department, RHB Bank Berhad.
Each successful BillPay transaction via RHB Internet Banking is entitled to participate in the Campaign. Participants can perform the BillPay transactions and participate as many times as they like to increase his/her chances of winning a prize during the Campaign Period. A minimum of TEN (10) bill payment applies for participation of this campaign.
Prizes awarded for this campaign are as follows:
Top 10 customers who perform the MOST BillPay during campaign period will receive RM500 petrol voucher each.
The top 10 winners will be chosen based on the highest number of transaction performed for Billpay during the entire Campaign Period. Throughout this campaign, there will only be TEN (10) winners. Participants are not allowed to split their bills into various transactions. If found splitting bills, the participant will be disqualified.
Winners for this campaign will be notified by mail or such other manner as RHB Bank deems fit. All prizes must be claimed within three (3) months from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. RHB will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delay of the notification to the winners.
Winner list and the prizes won will be published on RHB Bank’s website at the address www.rhbbank.com.my two (2) weeks after the campaign ended.
The decisions of the judges are final. All prizes are not transferable or assignable; the petrol voucher will not be payable in cash or credit or otherwise and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.
RHB Bank reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any participant in this Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in this Campaign in the event that there is suspicion that the participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering regulations of this Campaign or the terms and conditions stated herein.
RHB Bank reserves the right to change any aspect of the Campaign (including canceling or discontinuing the Campaign or changing the prizes being given away) or any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Participation in this Campaign shall be deemed to be a participant’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions and consent for his/her I.C. number and/or other particulars including but not limited to photograph (if applicable) to be used, displayed and published by RHB Bank at its sole discretion, for advertising and publicity purposes unless informed otherwise.
Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in this contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes.
All transportation, accommodation, administration costs and personal costs including but not limited to any other costs, fees and/or expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest and/or redemption and/or usage of prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
RHB Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice, liability or compensation.
