The following Terms and Conditions apply to RHB Bank Berhad’s (6171-M) ("RHB Bank") “I Win, You Win Prepaid Reload Campaign with Maxis” ("the Campaign") which shall be held from 15 th April 2008 until 15 th July 2008, both dates inclusive (“the Campaign Period”).
This Campaign is open to all RHB Bank customers and/or www.rhbbank.com.my (“RHB Internet Banking”) users, except sole proprietor customers and staff of RHB Bank, Technology Banking Department.
Each successful Prepaid Reload transaction via any RHB Bank ATMs or RHB Internet Banking is entitled to participate in the Campaign. Participants can perform the Prepaid Reload transactions and participate as many times as they like to increase his/her chances of winning a prize during the Campaign Period.
Prizes awarded for this campaign are as follows:
Grand Prize: 1 x MacBook Air Laptop
Monthly Prize:
1st Prize: 1 x IPod Touch 8GB
2nd Prize: 1 x IPod Nano 4GB
3rd Prize: 1x IPod Shuffle 2GB
Daily Prize: Free 100% airtime rebate for every 100 th and incremental of 100 th prepaid reload made daily for Hotlink. Airtime rebates are eligible for reload value of RM30, RM60 and RM100 only.
The winner of the Grand Prize will be chosen based on the highest prepaid value reloaded for Hotlink during the entire Campaign Period. There will only be ONE (1) Grand Prize winner for this campaign.
The prize winners of the Monthly Prize will be chosen based on the Top 3 highest prepaid value reloaded for Hotlink every month during the Campaign Period. There will be NINE (9) Monthly Prize winners for this campaign. The individual months during the Campaign Period refers to:
21st April 2008 -15th May 2008
16th May 2008 – 15th June 2008
16th June 2008 – 15th July 2008
The total reload amount accumulated to be in the running for the Grand Prize and Monthly Prize must be from ONE(1) account only. (i.e. If you reload your prepaid values via your savings account 1141xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, you should reload from this account throughout the Campaign Period to win) Repeat winners are not allowed for Grand Prize and Monthly Prizes.
The prize winners of the Daily Prize will be chosen based on every 100 th transaction on RHB Internet Banking and RHB Bank ATMs made daily over the Campaign Period. Only customers who reload a prepaid value of RM30, RM60 and RM100 are eligible to win the daily prize.
Airtime rebates will be credited to the mobile number reloaded during the Campaign Period. Repeat winners are allowed.
Winner list and the prizes won will be published on the www.rhbbank.com.my website on a weekly basis.
The decisions of the judges are final. All prizes are not transferable; the airtime will not be payable in cash and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.
RHB Bank reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any participant in this Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in this Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering regulations of this Campaign or the terms and conditions stated herein.
RHB Bank reserves the right to change any aspect of the Campaign (including canceling or discontinuing the Campaign or changing the prizes being given away) or any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Participation in this Campaign shall be deemed to be a participant’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions and consent for his/her I.C. number and/or other particulars including but not limited to photograph (if applicable) to be used, displayed and published by RHB Bank at its sole discretion, for advertising and publicity purposes.
