1. What is the RHB That’s Easy contest?
The RHB That’s Easy contest is another usage campaign targeted at all existing RHB cardmembers. Cardmembers are required to register for the contest via SMS. Next, each transaction of RM 50 and above in a single transaction will entitle the registered cardmember to one contest entry. The contest is features Free Petrol worth RM 10,000, Free Grocery worth RM 10,000 and Free Electricity worth up to RM 10,000.
2. What prizes can cardmembers win?
The following are the prizes to be given away for the entire duration of this contest:
- Free Petrol Worth RM 10,000
- Free Groceries worth RM 10,000
- Free Electricity up to RM 10,000
3. What is the contest duration?
The RHB That’s Easy will run from the 1st of July 2008 to the 30th of September 2008
4. What do cardmembers need to do to enter this contest?
Cardmembers only need to register their RHB Cardnumber once via SMS per the steps below:
Step 1:
Send SMS “RHB<space>your RHB Credit Card number” to 39993 E.g. RHB 4570704012358939

Receive Confirmation of registration

5. Who is eligible for the RHB That's Easy Contest ?
This contest is open to all existing RHB Credit Card (Principal & Supplementary) and prepaid credit card members residing in Malaysia, except RHB Corporate Cards, employees of RHB Bank Bhd, employees of their advertising and promotion agencies and contest management agency and their immediate families as so determined by RHB.
6. Do I need to register each card individually?
Yes, you will need to register each card individually for it to be picked up through the system. Therefore, principal and supplementary cards must be registered separately.
7. What does it mean by Free Petrol, Free Groceries and Free Electricity?
a) Free Petrol: win petrol vouchers worth RM 10,000 of the petrol company of your choice.
b) Free Groceries: Win Grocery vouchers from the hypermarket or supermarket of your choice.
c) Free Electricty: Sign up for RHB Smart Pay auto bill payment for Tenaga Nasional. Every month, your electricity bill will be tracked and will be credited the amount due, up to RM 10,000 in one year. |
8. How do I win the Prizes?
All you have to do is register for the contest via SMS and start using your RHB Credit card. Every transaction of RM 50 and above in a single receipt will entitle you to one contest entry. Every 108th contest entry will be shortlisted to win the prizes. The customer will then be contacted and 2 simple questions will be asked, and if answered correctly, the customer is declared the winner for the particular prize.
9. Is there any minimum spending amount needed to participate in this contest?
Yes, cardmembers need to spend a minimum amount of RM 50 in a single transaction to qualify for one contest entry
10. Are the prizes exchangeable for cash?
No. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
11. How will the winners know they have won?
Winners will be notified within 30 days after the winners’ selection
12. Is there any limit of prizes one can win?
Yes, each cardmember can only win a maximum of one (1) monthly prize per month, up to three monthly prizes throughout the campaign.
13. What if I am not an RHB Bank Credit Card holder?
All you need to do is sign up for any RHB Bank Credit Cards to enjoy the many benefits that RHB Bank brings to its customers, including the RHB That's Easy Contest contest.
